sunflower pom

A seedy kind of morning :)

Ingredients:

1 C cooked oatmeal
1 T sunflower seed butter
1-2 t agave
1 T pomegranate seeds

Directions:

Mix seed-butter, pom seeds, agave and oatmeal.  Mix well and eat!
