pb & j


If you really wanted to, you could eat this for lunch!  Easy and nutritious, pb & j will take you a long way…

Ingredients:

1 C cooked old-fashioned oats
2 T peanut butter
1/-2 T jam, jelly or preserves of your choice
1 T peanuts for garnish

Directions:

Mix peanut butter and oatmeal together well in a bowl.  Swirl in jam and sprinkle with peanuts.  pb & j in a bowl!

mOMent: Sometimes things don’t always go according to plan.  However, when we look back we realize that it usually happened for a reason.  Is there something in your life that you could look at now, instead of waiting for the future to look back on, and realize that it is happening for a reason?  Even if we don’t know what the reason is quite yet, it can be quite reassuring to relax, knowing all will be revealed in due time.
