This recipe is based off of one of my favorite desserts at many Thai restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than fried banana!
1 C cooked old-fashioned oats
2 T coconut oil
1-2 T honey or agave
1 T shredded coconut
Add oil to pan and heat until bubbling. Add sliced banana to pan and fry for a few minutes and then flip each piece over. Fry for a few more minutes, watching carefully so not to burn.
Add oatmeal to bowl, place bananas on top, drizzle with honey or agave and sprinkle coconut on top. What a treat!
