1 C cooked old-fashioned oats
half banana
1/2 C black berries
1/3 C orange juice
Directions:
Simmer berries in orange juice for about 5 minutes or until the juice becomes dark in color and a little saucy. Add oatmeal to bowl, add bananas and berry mixture. Enjoy!
